Payment & booking information

Online payment

Pay securely by card through Stripe. Lesson credits are added after successful payment.

Pay at your lesson

Request a lesson and pay by Cash or PayID when you meet your instructor. Your instructor must confirm the requested time.

No booking deposit

Eligible online bookings are confirmed without an additional deposit.

Book with credits

Use matching lesson credits to book instantly. Instructor-authorised students may also book directly, subject to the existing booking limits and cancellation rules.

The default booking limit is 4 hours. Changes require 24 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy

Unused lesson refunds

Refunds are available for unused lessons in your package.

Refund calculation

Refunds are calculated based on the standard single-lesson price for lessons already used, not the discounted package rate.

Used lessons

Used lessons are non-refundable.

24-hour cancellation policy

Cancel a future online booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to have the matching lesson credit returned. Late cancellations and no-shows do not return credit.
